decision finally made.

was put on another round of medication

guess that means no alcohol till September. 

which also means saying bye to my korea plan in aug.. :(

was forced to hop on the scale yesterday. 

(clearly i've been avoiding the scale ever since i started my i-sit-on-my-ass-all-day-esp-from-9-to-5-OL life...)
